The training is very helpful, trainers are lovely, friendly and good tutors. I learned how to use red car method to deal with my daily tasks.

The session was interactive which made the learning process much easier. Tutor was amazing, simplified words and used examples to ensure we grabbed the right knowledge and understanding. Most importantly the lesson has changed my perspective and perception of how people behave and will positively improve my way of work going forward.

This training has been one of the most insightful and engaging I have ever done throughout my nursing career. The trainer was very interactive, approachable, fun and his passionate and dedication towards the teaching was palpable.
