Natalie was a very warm and engaging facilitator putting everyone at ease and allowing them the time and space to share their thoughts with the group. I feel it has provided me with tools to deal with uncomfortable situations and improve dialogue with difficult callers. The session was well paced, delivered in manageable chunks.
