Natalie was a very warm and engaging facilitator putting everyone at ease and allowing them the time and space to share their thoughts with the group. I feel it has provided me with tools to deal with uncomfortable situations and improve dialogue with difficult callers. The session was well paced, delivered in manageable chunks. Each learning point was reinforced with the small group work.
