Course is good for new managers and client facing and people mgt roles to strengthen their skills and knowledge.
Paul was very friendly and I learnt about group facilitation itself from him The content of the course (Difficult conversations) was interactive and reflective
Useful. But perhaps not specifically intended for the special needs of our guests.
