Suzi was fantastic I really enjoyed the course and was very informative. I loved the space soo calming and love that the ladies toilet had items.
Learn quite a few things about passive aggressive, and not but also about listening more
Today was quite a nice time off work, a day to unwind and discuss methods of communication as well as relatable issues with other fellow receptionists. Suzi Butcher was incredible, I hope to use the knowledge I have obtained in my workplace effectively. Thank you!

Unlike other training, it was very informative whilst being interactive, I really liked that
