Lovely venue and trainer. Definitely some of the best corporate training sessions I’ve experienced. Nice blend of PowerPoints, videos, sharing and group work. Light hearted vibe and brilliant food/snacks!

A refreshing experience, and a way to remind yourself of seemingly ‘basic’ behaviours that are easily ignored. Sometimes the simplest skills are the most difficult to master.

Today was quite a nice time off work, a day to unwind and discuss methods of communication as well as relatable issues with other fellow receptionists. Suzi Butcher was incredible, I hope to use the knowledge I have obtained in my workplace effectively. Thank you!
