I felt that the overall course was very informative and interestingly put across to all attending. the practicals were also very helpful and the trainer made it comfortable for us to participate so we didn't feel awkward. The Venue was not so good, as the connection to the internet we required for the assessments was dire. This was quite stressful when trying to concentrate on the assessment as it kept throwing me out. It took a long time to reconnect which made me think it wasn't going to re-connect at all. I would happily attend another course with Greencross (Julie) in the future.

It was the most thorough first aid course i have ever been on over the last 12 years as a First Aider. The trainer kept the course content relevant and interesting. Using different levels of multi media helped minimize boredom and developed strong team working bonds between those present . It was hard work but very satisfying.

There was a distinct lack of refreshments provided. The test questions are ridiculous! Why have so many that are double negatives? Why not have simple straightforward questions that are easy to read?
