I was a little nervous about the course but Debbie has a wonderful personality and quickly put everyone at ease. Information was presented at speeds that suited the class's needs with ample time for questions. Debbie is very good at drawing out what Information has been retained while progressing. Practicals were well demonstrated and all members of the clas were monitored and helped, where necessary, to complete them successfully.. Plenty of time was allocated to extra practice for those who wanted it. Overall an excellent experience. Many thanks to Debbie.

Trainer was brilliant. The use of appropriate humour was excellent and the willingness to answer questions throughout was superb.

I Learned alot about Shock and how to keep a casualty calm during a period of injury. I also learnt about various other conditions people may experience and how to medically assist them appropriately. I found this course very interesting and know now about airways recovery position and CPR needed until the emergency services arrive. A vital course for someone in need if help.

Daniel was very enthusiastic about teaching us and kept everyone engaged and encouraged.
