Good training, delivered with passion and clarity
Mark was a brilliant trainer! I wasn't looking forward to the course but Mark made it interesting and fun.
The course was so usefull,needed and understandable. I feel like im a important part of the community/company now.Fiona was so nice and clear and helpfull,english isnt my first language but i understand everything. 5*

Alec was a brilliant trainer! It's the best course I've ever been on. I learned so much over the 3 days, Alec was brilliant at explaining everything and took the time to answer ALL our questions. I didn't want the training to end! The one negative thing about the course for me was the questions at the end of each day, some of the questions were worded in a way that might cause you to answer incorrectly even though you knew the correct answer. Apart from that the course was excellent!
The trainer Alex was first class. This was my 1st first Aid course and he made me feel really relaxed. And went through things you weren't to sure about. Really enjoyed it
