Rueben delivered the course in a highly informative manner. Rueben was professional, encouranging and very supportive throughout the course. Excellent opportunities to practice CPR techniques and bandaging skills. The course was set up with a good mix of slides,video and practical work.
Emma is amazing, an excellent communicator, able to convey information clearly and effectively, and hands-on in demonstrating examples. A comprehensive course that covers many first-aid emergencies.
I liked that the course was split into manageable sections and I also liked the practical aspects of the course,
Trainers was excellent and explained everything to details and how to perform first Aid
Eddie was informative and very clear on instructions he also interjected the course with humour
Eddie was good at understanding not only me but everyone in the class. He taught us well and understood us and I thank him. He was calm, funny, and hardworking.
