Alex was a fantastic trainer, put me at ease and talked us through everything thoroughly. He answered all our questions very well and told us about his personal experiences which makes things easier to understand. Absolutely fabulous course and again Alex was amazing.

Excellent Stephen was excellent in teaching the course and I really enjoyed attending for the 3 days He has given me confidence if I had to administer first aid

Materials were very clear and thorough. Trainer Ste was very good at teaching and answering all questions. Good at getting learner inputs. Would attend again!

Brilliant trainer, made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Explained everything in detail thoroughly enjoyed and feel confident using my new first aid skills.

The venue was a disaster. Was not suitable at all for training and learning. The seats that we had were not designed for sitting for long periods of time.Trainer done the best she could with what was available to her.

Course was very eye opening and interesting. Wayne our trainer was entertaining, friendly and very thorough and made it fun .
