Excellent course and instructors and location was good apart from everyone struggled with either phone reception or wifi connection for doing the assessments
The course was really informative and enjoyable. The trainer, Mick, was extremely knowledgeable in the subject and on hand to answer any questions or demonstrate the practical skills whenever anyone was struggling. He gave me some great feedback, which I can use in my new role in my workplace too.
Jeff was a fantastic teacher. He gave clear instructions and really helpful real life examples.

Helen was a fantastic trainer. She made the course very interesting and fun to learn. Usually I'm falling asleep half way through courses as it drones on but not with Helen. Brilliant. Loved it.

Great course at Albert docks both course instructors Andrew carter and George hernay we’re great!! Only issue was accessing the internet to finishes quizzes at end of everyday day!
I feel the course needs more consideration from the neurodivergent stand point. The course booklet should always be given to attendees, I did not receive one. The course should have continuity of trainers, no changes midcourse. The course should also have no venue/room changes midcourse. As an autistic person these had a negative impact on my ability to process and engage. Simple things matter and adjustments like these will benefit all users. Thank you. However in saying that, I look forward to attending future courses.
I feel more confident to deal with various casualties, not only my colleagues but also the young people I teach. I will definitely look to continue to keep my first aid up to date as I think it is crucial within my line of work, a well as helping members of the public in the future. Thank you for making me aware of everything over the past 3 days.
