A very well taught course, in which, I and my colleagues attending the course felt that everything that needed to covered was. Enough detail in each subject was given that I feel we could deal with any issue that this course taught us to deal with.
Our trainer was very good in explaining everything and had no problem going over anything we were unsure of to make sure we received the best possible training.
Knowledge was spot on ,humour where needed to break down section, answers all questions and and interaction was very good

Booklet to take home would be useful Review and edit answers on the quiz would have been helpful
Allow answers to be confirmed before submitting.
Manual would be handy also being able to see your answers as you do it if they are right or wrong
