Great course Good to hear trainers experiences of injuries Good mix of written and practical
Interesting course and engaging trainer. Good mix of presentation, group discussions, videos and practical activities. The anecdotes and shared experiences from Frans the group were a good way of putting theory into practice and thinking about First Aid in real-life scenarios.
Very informative, good delivery. Bit too long. But all areas covered for work requirements.
I enjoyed the course. There was a lot of information but it was given in enough of a variety of ways to keep interesting. Overall highly recommended
Kev has been ever so good at explaining and putting up with my questions. Only complaint would be the training material about corrosive poisons as there are 2 questions involving milk that is not brought up in the training material which we needed to know for these questions.
What a fantastic instructor Kev was, he made us all feel at ease, that no question was unwarranted, to ask for guidance whenever we were unsure. Made even the more timid of the group feel at ease. Explained everything that we needed to know. Thank you.
Excellent content delivered by trainers with real life experience of using the skills provided. The closest thing to having a cable interface between minds in terms of knowledge transfer. ;-)
We all agreed we would have liked a manual but Dan pointed us towards some helpful Apps that we could use. Dan was superb seeing as he had quite a wide range of abilities on the course but we all felt it was excellent and well delivered. I am always nervous attending a new course as different trainers like things done various ways. Dan was very reassuring and help us see the standard that was required. We would like him to come back for our update in 3 years
