The Course was really good, quite compacted for the 3 days. I have dyslexia so making notes was hard as so much to get through. The trainer was really good and stayed for 10 mins after to help me top up notes. He explained and showed things very well. I was so please to complete the course with flying colour and feel confident in 1st Aid - thank you to James for all the help and to Green cross running the course
I found the course to have been extremely informative, with the trainer giving you the confidence to perform first aid if needed . It has given me I believe a valuable life skill

Shaun was a really great trainer to have as he was patient, animated and engaging. He made sure we were all involved in each practical part of the course and made sure we understood each topic before moving onto the next.
Done first aid courses a number of times over the year ,this was as good as any I’ve been on . Trainer was excellent and very knowledgeable about first aid , you could sense the passion he has for first aid
Mark Nolan was a fantastic trainer. He delivered the course brilliantly. He was very knowledgable, professional and patient. He was very clear in his demonstrations and explanations which made it a lot easier to understand.
The course structure was good, for someone new to First Aid it was held at a steady pace with plenty of time to ask questions. The instructor was very good and knowledgeable.
