Great course Jack our trainer was fantastic he explained everything spot on great mix of theory and practical tests

Jake was great very imformative and not to soft on us. Made people think for themselves rather than giving the answers, role play really helpful as it puts you in the situation rather than just talking about it.

The trainer along with the content were of top quality. A good friends atmosphere. I would recommend to others.
