I found the course was fun and the group of people I was with were lovely, as was the trainer. I liked the venue and felt very comfortable throughout the 3 days.

The course was completely full of the required information for applying in a busy retail store and was delivered in an easy to understand and entertaining way by Lesley. Lesley knows her subject thoroughly after working in the airline industry for so long. It is very obvious that she has a great interest in the subject that goes a lot further than Level 3 and was very helpful.for applying to all the situations that we are likely to meet in our workplace. I would highly recommend her.

Very good course

I enjoyed the training. It was made clear and understandable. Mick the trainer added a bit of humour which made it more enjoyable.
