The man that delivered the course was super knowledgeable and made the learning fun while not detracting from the seriousness. I came away feeling confident that if a situation arose I would be able to deal with it. The venue was good. The course was easy to arrange.

Mick did a superb job - the course was interesting and engaging and he made sure everyone was involved. It was very clear that he had a real belief in the material he was teaching. The course material was well planned and impactful, and I left feeling like I had some valuable and practical knowledge that will make a definite difference if ever I’m in an emergency situation.

I thought that the course was delivered at the right pace and with a lot of interaction which I like. People were additionally made to feel relaxed and the day went really quickly which is always a good sign.
