Jimmy was an excellent trainer and very relatable in his delivery methods, especially with his first experiences.

Our trainer has given me the information on what to do. But more importantly, he gave me the believe that I could respond aporopriately in an emergency situation. That confidence will help me to help others.

Really helpful course - I learned how to examine a casualty, familiarize myself with basic support. The course provided me to learn the skills to overcome a potentially threatening situation long enough for medically trained people to arrive on the scene. The trainer was very good and this course was very interactive and engaging

It was well set out , our trainer was good helped explained took time out to re-explain things if people was unsure
