The trainer was fantastic and he delivered the course very well, I have no complaints at all on the knowledge he shared and him as an educator in his field. The technology he was given didn't work that well ( logging into learner 's dash boards) There was no learner hand books or handouts given to us. Which is dissapointing considering its a major learning style. It would be beneficial to learn about treating minor injuries, which was not covered.

The course was indeed really good and described perfectly by the instructor, but the parking at the venue was night-mare. If you could send parking instruction in the confirmation email, it would be great for future participants
