It was a very good course. The only thing I would say was that I could have lost 20% content and done another practical session before lunch. Just a bit content heavy or add on another half hour practical of scenarios during the course
I enjoyed the course, the content is useful and makes you think about how you approach different scenarios and to be mindful of the language, tone and body language that we use.
I thought the scenarios with role play at the end was not very effective - this would have been more useful to people who are not dealing with conflict on a daily basis.
Very good presentation. some helpful tips in dealing with conflict. John spoke very well.

Course was online so question of Venue is not really applicable. Course was informative, well presented and relevant.
