Great session. Good pace. Kept engagement and the breaks were just at the right time and long enough. My lower scores were that some of the slide images and templates were a bit dated and a redesign could present IODA in a more modern and professional light. Also, some of the contributions from some participants made me question if they really meet the eligibility criteria for being a truly senior leader in their organisation. Some items raised seemed more tactical and transactional than strategic and transformative.

What a lovely couple of days spent with my coach, trainer and fellow delegates who are also undertaking the Level 7 apprenticeship. I was very nervous about attending this residential trip, especially as I hadn’t met anyone face to face before. However, everyone was so lovely and friendly and made me feel incredibly welcome. I have learned so much over these two days. Thank you all for such a positive and supportive experience.
