There were a lot of helpful bits of information in the session with the work following Deborah's presentation around the Cultural Web and the Six Elements of High Performing Cultures made me start thinking differently about the work I have to complete.
Good session with plenty of cross business discussions.
I enjoyed this session and benefitted from protected time to dive deeper into strategy alongside my peers.
