Working in HR we already cover and consider a lot of this. I was surprised by the structure of the session. It felt more like another workshop, whereas I thought it had been billed as an action learning group session so had expected it to be more of a build in workshop 1 and how we apply it day to day.

There were a lot of helpful bits of information in the session with the work following Deborah's presentation around the Cultural Web and the Six Elements of High Performing Cultures made me start thinking differently about the work I have to complete.
