Ok - very dry subject. No reflection on trainer
Overall a great start to the apprenticeship - it has been really beneficial to attend this workshop before attending module 1..
A lot of detail to take on board, having the slides/screenshots tailored to the course would have helped a bit more. Overall a helpful introduction to the systems and required activity.
The workshop was well structured, with enough "breakout breaks" and even with small techical difficulties, was well recieved. Sally open the dodor for us to comfortably discuss uncomfotrtbale subjects in a safe enviroment. I really enjoyed listening to other aprentices workplace stories and observations.
A really good day - although the afternoon felt like it would have been more powerful to have been condensed into a faster pace

Really good...harder to focus due to it being a Monday morning with many work issues Pilling up.
I thought it was very insightful workshop around change and a leaders ability to influence transformation
The room made it really difficult for the trainer to operate in the way they wanted to eg the venue could not facilitate that. Also, the room was really cold
Really enjoyed it but i think there needs to more emphasis on the group learning and more time allocated to this, maybe at the beginning too.
