Went very well considering this was a first for this type of course
Far too much information crammed into one day over MS teams, hard to keep up with the presentation and ESMS procedures.
Response: Dear Paul Thank you for your feedback. As you may know this format for the training was placed upon us at short notice and is the first time we have delivered it in this way. We are learning from it and the course is now delivered over 2 days instead of the one. The section on the procedures is also now broken down to hopefully give trainees more time to digest and find answers to the practice questions the number of which have also been shortened. Your comments regarding access to the ESMS documentation are noted and I will be discussing this with your management to see how best this can be resolved.
I believe practical aspects over teams is difficult to do and the final practice test was too long and not interactive
Response: Hi Craig Thanks for your feedback. I think your comments regarding the practice questions are valid. WE have now in fact reduced the number of practice questions down to 30. AS regards breaking them up I think this is a good idea and will certainly consider this for future courses. Thanks & Regards

I found the course interesting and informative for my knowledge. Also this has equipped me with Cat 1 skill set to carry out my work.
difficult course to complete on line in the circumstances due to the subject matter
As this was a refresher course, I had some prior knowledge, but still found the course useful and learned some new things.
