The training material was very interactive, informational and Educational as well. Steve delivered this course content tailored to our industry specific needs keeping safety awareness in mind. Steve has a full grasp, understanding and knowledge of what he is conveying to his students. Overall I am fully satisfied and feeling competent enough to work on ELECTRICAL systems.

A great follow-on to Installer 1. Nicky's attention to detail & plenty of real world experience help students consolidate their skills learned in installer 1. Would recommend highly.

The 3 phase intro gave us the chance to build on the knowledge from installer 1 & concentrate on test & measurement on both single & 3 phase circuits. Sam's teaching style allowed us to proceed at our own pace & maximised the learning potential.

Course was good, but required too many process lists to memorise, as opposed to higher level approach and referring to a form instead, Eg the 10 Isolation steps and many others. One topic not covered well but had a question in the assessment, "Live Working phases". Another list that is in fine print in the training material.

Response: Dear Mark Thank you for your comments. I agree that the current course/exam is too much a memory test. We are in discussions with Jim Callaghan to rectify this in the future so that the course becomes more of a learning exercise with an open book assessment at the end.

As an online course, this worked very well. The trainer Steve was very knowledgable and imparted the information really well. I learnt a lot.

A really good introduction that put me in a good position for the rest of the course. I appreciated that Sam was really keen for us to understand the principles, and not just remember facts.
