As this was a refresher course, I had some prior knowledge, but still found the course useful and learned some new things.
Steve was a knowledgeable trainer who got the information across in a very easy to understand manner
This course has improved a lot from the last course completed 3 years ago, the hands on sessions helped with techniques and familiarization of tools and testing equipment. This will help new engineers coming into the telecommunications industry. I enjoyed the course and found it run smoothly with a good mixture of theory and hands on sessions breaking up the day.
Brilliant service, friendly staff and the adaptable approach for moving bookings due to the current situation was very refreshing.
Training course was good and the trainer was knowledgeable. I didn't book the course as my training department did but the pre course stuff was good and covered the subject thoroughly.
On the last morning I thought that Chris went over the exercise to quickly. I would like to thank Chris for arranging a mouse driver.
Excellent course, unfortunately probably not the course required to satisfy my companies requirement but it looks like there isn't a course specifically tailored to this requirement available on the market. The course was a great balance between theory & practical and the breaks were well placed and timed.
Online 18th edition training software provided, exam taken on site. All very well organised, very helpful when I had to change my first exam date.
