Great online course. Lots of information to take away from the session.
Really good atmosphere and productive environment
Very good instructor, course runs at suitable pace. Additional battery storage material covered after class had all passed exam.
I was very happy with the information given to myself, I personally believe it covered everything needed to understand the basics and more. The assessor was helpful if help was needed and the facility in Tring was overall good. My only negative comments was Exam conditions, Phones was going off which is a massive distraction. There should be a minimum notice that indicates all mobile phones to be switched off. Maybe I'm old school although this is the first training center that hasn't indicated the issue above. Please sort this as I must be one of many.
Response: Hi Daniel My apologies for the phone distraction. We do normally ensure all mobile phones are switched off and there are signs to this fact in the assessment rooms but this was obviously an oversight this time as I forgot to mention this to students on this occasion. As an older learner this was daunting going back into a learning environment however, this was absolute brilliant , relaxed , well equipped centre to learn from credit to them from the booking to completion of the course, even down to providing lunch etc the centre is well equipped easy to find and has plenty of car parking And would finally like to thank Mr Cole for his excellent teaching and support he is a credit to this centre
Very enjoyable course, made even more so due to Joga. I think I can speak for all attendees when I say he was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Nothing was any trouble, no matter how small or big. Thank you Joga.
Dorian was an excellent trainer and a calming influence throughout a stressful week, in 40 Degree heat we were still comfortable in the class due to the aircon and drinks provided. I would definitely come back to PTT for future courses.
Successful week completing the course as I hoped, Dorian took us through the requirements and gave us all the knowledge we required. Good practice papers and feedback made the final exam much less stressful. Many thanks
