Dorian Cole was an excellent teacher, very professional.

The course was delivered well and all resourses needed were available. The trainers were patient and polite and clearly subject experts in their field. They were happy to answer any questions or re-word questions for better understanding.

Some confusion with what online training as a prerequisite was required? I did not receive email (a month before), requesting on line training courses to be completed before attending. I had to call PTT to receive this information.
