Great Sam was very helpful, went over anything i had problems with Definitely recommend PTT, Staff are great, not had one problem, my 3nd visit May even think about doing level 4 design 2395 soon...
Steve was very knowledgeable about the software and equipment and delivered an excellent training course!
I now have a much better understanding of the installation of a EV car charger and feel confident putting that knowledge into practice. Sam was a great trainer and explained everything very thoroughly and has even tempted me to take the design course.
When the questions came up with photos, they did not show so I had to guess, I think this was down to my connection rather than your system, also I tried to download the docs but couldn’t until after I done the exam and would have definitely answered the visual inspection question but happy to have passed anyway, good course and thanks. Really enjoyed it, learnt a lot and really looking forward to the design course in February
