The facilities clean and tidy. Classroom very well prepared with comfortable clean atmosphere provided [warm interior, warm drinks and snacks available all the time, sufficient lunch also available] Training materials very transparent Training workshop also very well prepared Trainer knowledge and approach also spot on No noise in the background/no distractions from the training Taking all the mentioned above and more this was the best course I got to attend so far. Hands down 5 stars out of 5.

Booking process has been given 5 stars even tho I did not book it all relevant information was supplied directly to my self showing the booking process was efficient

Excellent. Don’t know wether it was our office or yours, or me but I wasn’t informed that I had to do the first 4 modules before the start of the course. Sorry if this sounds like a complaint. The course & trainer were exceptional. Thank you
