I very much enjoyed the two days, thank you to the lady who booked us in at the start (Sorry, I cannot remember your name). The lunch and refreshments were a really nice touch. Steve was a very approachable tutor and was happy to help with any questions from the group.

really impressed that our policy and procedures were delivered by a third party, Avtar was professional and precise in the delivery of the course content, very attentive in his approach to ensure that we were all prepared for the assessment.

Most not relevant to my current role. Instructor with more relevant experience in the AP LV / HV Role. Describing "Spiking of Cables to Make Dead was a first.

This course wasn’t what I needed but it was informative and opened my eyes to learning subjects I didn’t know, Dorian is a great trainer Appreciate his work and personality.

Venue clean organised and well ran instructor knowledgable an good ( Dorian ) All staff at reception were exceptionally polite and friendly . Credit to a well ran company will be using for all my further training :)

I did the 402 exam but online the tuition was non existent. I feel like all I really paid for was up to have access to recent exam papers. The Merit I achieved was by my own understanding which was helped a little by some of the online content on your portal. To sum up was a very expensive to teach myself all I required was access to recent previous exam papers. The Staff at the centre in Tring were helpful and friendly when I attended to take exam.
