I absolutely loved this fire training course! The entire experience was engaging, informative, and hands-on. Avtar was phenomenal, extremely knowledgeable, clear in their explanations, and made the entire course very easy to follow. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with every concept and practical exercise. The course materials were well-organized and the practical exercises were very beneficial in building confidence. I especially appreciated how Avtar made complex topics simple to understand and ensured we were fully prepared for real-world fire safety situations. I feel much more confident in my ability to handle fire safety procedures now, and I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their fire safety knowledge and skills!

Dorian was an excellent instructor, he through the whole course in a very clear understanding manner. Which reflects with the classes 100% pass rate. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone that would like to be a qualified PAT tester as my experience in the class was very enjoyable!

The course was well presented nd fit for purpose
The course provided more than I expected. Particularly the practical side and the Testing & Inspection aspect of the course. Having the practice exam and practical was helpful. The trainer was very good and informative of the topics covered. There was a degree of flexibility each day with the progress of the course being covered was adjusted for the classes ability. There was a feeling the course could have been completed in 3 days but with the EAL exam timed to start on the 4 day hinders that. I would like to see a refresher course becoming available online so as to avoid traveling to the centre to complete.
My third time at PTT for training and yet again a truly excellent experience. Very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable staff, and the inclusion of the online learning tools is a fantastic addition. I cannot speak highly enough about PTT as a training provider.
Really great course which fitted my needs. I do have some prior experience from studying 3-phase theory 20+ years ago and am familiar-ish with 1ph electrical distribution boards. However it was pitched at just the right level for me as a refresher of the theory and to be able to get hands-on in a safe and supervised environment. I think if I had no basic understanding of the theory or had never seen a DB before I might have struggled a little. I'll be recommending this course to my colleagues who need to improve their awareness of 3ph, but probably not to anyone who is starting from scratch.
Really pleased with this course. The instructor delivered the course well and had very good knowledge of the subject. A bonus was coffee,biscuits and a sandwich provided. Perfect.
