Some confusion with what online training as a prerequisite was required? I did not receive email (a month before), requesting on line training courses to be completed before attending. I had to call PTT to receive this information.

I would highly recommend PTT in Tring. Everyone was so lovely here. I learnt a lot and the course was delivered brilliantly.

Great experience, I did this course just to learn a bit more, and considering that I don't work in the industry and probably never will, ate least as a person I charge, I have walked away with alot of knowledge in the requirements and how things should be done.
