Should have requested the 25% additional time due to my dyslexia?! (as previous) So hard to accurately interpret the questions under pressure, so annoying!!! My fault not to ask?!Response : Hi Keith. In our joining instructions we do ask to be made aware of any special access requirements and although you have been to us before, extra time is not automatically applied it has to be requested through formal channels each time. Well done for passing, despite of the issues and please do let us know on future courses and we'd be happy to arrange things for you.

I was a bit rusty coming on to the course, but after the pre exam teaching I found the online exam a lot easier than the practice test.

My only issue was that it was a bit cold, due to the smokers going out of the fire door and it staying open. The food was very good.
