If the goal is to support "facilitation", which is the basic role of family business advisors, to support the family themselves to form an agreement on the dialogue table, the words may not be appropriate, but the professional solution In order not to be Riki's suggestion, I felt that the core competence elements of coaching that the client has the answer is also required of advisors in the room discussion. It was a lecture time that led to a commitment to continue to work on intangible assets that families can face, such as family values and definitions of goal achievement. Becky is an excellent teacher. I came into this session with a bit of panic at how little i seemed to be taking in from self study and have left feeling like i've absorbed loads. The method of teaching is one of not being afraid to be wrong which is very helpful for things you really want to understand but don't necessarily have a natural affinity for.

This course is tough but has been really helpful in the day-to-day working as a Probate lawyer. I have already used the skeletons in practice which has made such a difference and the manual is very handy to refer to. The webinars are really useful sessions, I cannot stress how important these are. Michael is great, he explains everything so clearly, is patient and he knows everything there is to know about tax!
