Extremely useful start and practical insight into Deputyship application and the understanding of the intricacies of the system and the Court of Protection. Allowed us to challenge our own biases and understanding as well as learn in a broader way the reasoning behind the established processes. Understanding the theory is one thing - putting it into practice is on a different level. Vital learning to help me serve my clients in the best way possible.
Iris is great at explaining and provides good support when stuck. Please could we have more exam questions and published answers so that i am able to properly assess myself during self study
