I am new into Trust administration, and this course is making more sense about what i am doing at work and why we do this that way. So, I am very happy.

John is a great tutor, he leads through the course and brings great insights from his rich practice. 5 stars hands down.

The course is interactive and easy to follow. There were some people in the group works who kept silent and it was a bit annoying.

Having 1 session a month is not ideal. The lay out of the course isn't great. Listening to the tutor go through 10 multiple choice questions is not engaging enough and it's easy to switch off. Not a lot of information is being taken in. You're not really learning you're just going through questions. The previous courses were long yes but you learnt a lot more.

Very satisfied with the content and the flow of the workshop. Particularly liked the breakout rooms were individual and the tutor did a one on one with our workings.

I thought the course was delivered well and the workshops were useful. Those who I was put into break out rooms with were willing to engage.

Felt rushed in the exam with being reduced an hour and having to submit the multiple choice answers (section A) before completing section B.

Really compact class. I would like more opportunities to meet. I like the that the courses were stretched out. over several weeks. Time Zone should be worked out a little better.

Very easy to register, and clear communication re course timings etc.
