It was not always clear where all of the materials could be found, this should be made clearer at the start of the course.

I was not sure where I lost marks, and it would be helpful to see a marked piece of work to understand where points can be gained.

Feedback from exams is essential. All exams across all modules should have feedback. It is very hard to understand the marks given if no 'model' answers or feedback is provided.

Whilst I have passed, I feel that a lot of my success relates to factors that were outside of the course, such as the length and breadth of my practice. I am unlikely to take another course on the basis of this one.

I failed the exam after putting a lot of study in. I completed all the past papers and attended all study days. Having passed the previous 2 modules I don't know how I failed. I think it must be something to do with the teaching and the lack of tutor contact. I'm appalled that there is no follow up or specific coaching for those that failed. As a result I'm not confident about my resit. I think that this is a failing in how the course is delivered and reflects badly on STEP and CLTI.
