An absolute must to assist professionals in learning how best to advise and support their clients navigate the complexities of the "system". Every workshop has been an eyeopener in terms of the level of detail and also the human context. Engaged with students well, enthusiastic and kept things moving along nicely. Encouraged engagement but didn't make students feel like they didn't want to participate by calling upon them individually.
