I found this course of great benefit. I am hoping to move into line management in my next role and now believe i have all the extra tools to do so.

As a first time manager, I found the course to be really engaging and easy to follow. I was not overwhelmed by any information but instead felt like there were practical options for me to put in place within my role. I really enjoyed the course and will be turning to my notes regularly!

I really enjoyed the course - I gained more from Day 2 than Day 1. I think more could have been covered in Day 1. I felt that 2 hours lunch break was too long so more could have been covered overall. The trainer was really engaging and interactive, interesting subjects.
