trainer was very patient and interactive, trainer was always happy to go back over things! will be doing level 1 for the more basic training

The pace is faster than anticipated, which is not bad as I thought it would be too drawn out. The only element I would have liked more time given to is finance. Things like what to look out for on a budget and what they could mean for the business.

More of a check in than a session

I dont think you should be allowed to do the superuser unless you have refreshed with the introduction to share point. Also a short video ahead of the course to go over the basics would help. tutor was really good, patient and kind but felt I wasted her time. There were only 3 of us on the course.

Overall, a very informative and interesting course. I could perhaps have done with the level before it, or perhaps even before that! But Ed made the content accessible and was happy to go over things until I had understood, processed and completed the task. The content was well thought out and planned, with excellent resources. I would have rated it a five star, but I needed a warm up exercise instead of coming into the training 'cold'. My personal learning style and needs mean that I work best when given time to reflect on the content, before going straight into it. I felt on the backfoot initially, whereas if I'd had a bit of reading or a video to watch or an exercise to complete, then that would have made me less initially scared. I don't work with Excel formulae every day, so it would have helped to remind me of how to do things too.

Extremely interesting day - lots to consider to help me on my leadership journey

I have thoroughly enjoyed DAy1. It made me think of things, I normally wouldnt have. Gave me fresh new perspectives on Leadership. I have understood the difference between Leadership and Management.

A very informative day giving me ideas to take forward. Great to be with an interactive group from different backgrounds- good to share ideas to guide good practise. Very well facilitated , made to feel at ease throughout

I can't believe how much I have learnt in such a short period of time. I was really intimidated by Power Bi before starting and now feel like I could create a report on my own. Serena covered everything in detail and made sure everyone was up to speed before moving on and kept everyone interacted with the training. She was very patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
