I really enjoyed the day, it was informative and highlighted some areas I need to work on, also it was great to connect with other professionals in other trusts
I liked the way that the facilitator brought you in to the conversation and included all members at different times. Felt inclusive and safe. I liked time to think about the answers.
Today has been truly excellent. I have enjoyed hearing the theory, listening to the views and experiences of my course fellows and have taken away at least three areas to explore. I am really looking forward to the next session and meeting up with my buddy group.
I have learned a lot from today's session that can be applied to my everyday work as well as to my team. This session made me reflect more, have that self-awareness and be mindful and include others.
