Overall, this was an excellent training session. The facilitator was very informative, encouraging and knowledgeable about her subject and was able to guide the students through the course. It was clear she wanted to get the best out of her students. I also like how it was interactive and allowed opportunities for practice as we went along.

The session was perfect! I have so many take aways and WILL use everything I have learned today. Pat is a first class facilitator and teacher, thank you again!

Sal is a very good instructor, very thorough. I enjoyed her pace and the way she explained the tip and tricks and each topic was covered very well.

Really well paced and interactive session

Overall it's been brilliant. The pace is sometimes a bit fast. Going through the different concepts sometimes feels a bit rushed. It would be helpful to spend a little more time on explaining them before we go to small groups to test them out.
