DJ was a great facilitator who was personable and led interesting discussions
Very thorough and seemed fairly tailored to what we needed to know. Especially with most of us having never used SharePoint before. The pace was good and I came away I feel I understood it, or most of it. Good to know there is a helpline to call. Shame about the manuals but understand that MS technology moves on very quickly.
Nicky was great and adaptable - and I feel like we got to some useful outcomes from some knotty problems!

I use outlook daily and never really thought to expand my knowledge on it as I thought as long as you know how to send an email you're good to go, I did not realise it has more potential and so much you can do with it to make working life so much easier. Sal was amazing, we highlighted what we wanted to gain from the course, and what I was interested in was not on the agenda, but she adjusted the agenda to allow for this, I feel confident and excited to try these new functions and I feel confident that I will be able to work more productively going forward thanks to this course.
I wanted to make better use of outlook and improve my productivity. It has worked.
