Very enlightening course, teaches a lot about yourself
I have really enjoyed this group session meetings, Paul has been grate and involved us all in the team work and we all had a chance to express ourselves in our own way. I have learnt few new things I have mentioned previously on survey such as about the tame your inbox, psychological safety, inner chimp, different leadership styles and how we can be biased, resilience of team etc..

Really informative! The best bit was the practical exercises that got you thinking about actual examples.
I am in the beginning of my management journey so this has really helped me build foundation in that journey and its been useful to listen to different experiences and point of views.

Lots of learning and lots of tools that can be applied. Lits of practice. Good a range of PDT managers attended so we could learn from eachbitger.
Lots of really useful take away information. I will be putting alot into practice and using the books as reference. DJ is awesome. Aside from the course content itself, he has me me think about myself when i facilitate...i'll be stealing a bit of his swag 🙂
