I loved the fact we had practical examples that we could apply, rather than just telling us about leadership styles.
Rachael did a brilliant job of listening to our requirements and tailoring the course content to fit our needs. Perfect balance of 'here are the methodologies and tools' and 'how might you want to use them at RB'. She engaged participants throughout which is a big ask on Zoom over 2 days and got lots of participation.
