I found today's session very helpful, informative and engaging. it helped to clear up a few things I was worried about. i found today also very supportive with Maureen and the other learners.

Really good, as we are small organisation some was slightly less relevant so could have been more tailored
The pace was quite fast for getting to grips with some of the ideas. Some of the methods did not fit within how our organisation operates so were less useful
I feel that as we went through the programme it was adapted to an extent to reflect the size of our organisation and its systems - perhaps a better understanding of that at the outset would have been beneficial - as in a short 121 with Director to tailor/ tweak the delivery. Overall though definitely a positive and helpful course
