Excellent course and excellent facilitator

The Presenter Ebiji was very knowledgeable and the training sessions on Excel Level 4 were well paced and very interactive with appropriate exercises to understand the concepts well enough . Sessions on troubleshooting formulas were interesting and informative.

The sessions made me feel positive and motivated due to the facilitator and the training structure and pace. I found the information useful, and even though I had heard some of it before, the structure of the training allowed me to put them into practice and then reflect on how they worked for me. The only negative for me was that due to the roles we are currently in, some of the tips were not completely relevant - they were still interesting and I will keep them in mind, but they weren't necessarily flexible in terms of learning about how best to improve mine and the team's current workflows and workloads. It may have been improved if there was background knowledge on what we do and how we work so it could be tailored to us. Overall, I enjoyed the week and felt much more positive about organising myself and completing my work. I have taken a lot from these sessions.

Henry was great, positive, high-energy and good at explaining things. I found the pace a little fast for me in terms of working all the tips into my routine in the space of a week but overall it has been helpful.

A good course with lots of tips that you can easily employ in your working day.

Some useful hints and tips, and some reinforcing of tips I knew already but didn't always do. Bite size sessions were good.

Great session, very engaging and valued the chance to reflect with colleagues. I did find 3 hours too long to sit still and was quite restless by the end!
