I loved how specific the step-by-step instructions were, everything was so clear so I don't feel like there is anything I'm unsure of at all. The group size of participants was perfect so that we were all engaged and involved and no one got left behind.

The course was really good and I enjoyed it. The trainer, Paul was really engaging and encouraged questions and comments throughout. Good to learn some of the technical Excel terms and discovering "flash fill" has been a revelation for me.

I liked the pace, probably a little short for me would have liked half a day but we covered a good deal. I would have liked more for managers in managing others in wellbeing and resilience but that is probably another course.
