Good session and good to have some time out of my role to reflect, learn and develop

I was really empowered by the training and the facilitation because; (Firstly, and irrespective of prior preparations) I was unsure of what to expect and that often brings anxieties for me; thus, being given a platform to express my concerns and to question things, I was not connecting with (both) at the start of the meeting and throughout, helped me refine my focus; it also inspired me to design a piece of jewellery (across the day) which I used as an aid for self-regulating and calming. Also, the facilitator had to be professional, adaptable, open-minded, compassionate and accomodating throughout the session, to mitigate the various personalities and traits within the group... this often takes much self-awareness, understanding and mental balancing, to ensure everyone is kept engaged and finds value within the training. I felt this was handled amicably and fairly throughout, so, I am grateful to them for supporting us in that way, for validating and listening to our different needs which did not connect well with the training and for acknowledging where things needed refinement going forward. Lastly, the training and content themselves were inspired and creative, as there were different ways to look at practices which we may (otherwise) take for granted when setting up meetings (e.g. greeting peers), which some of the LoMo tools (e.g. using 'Signing-in' or Icebreakers) offered support with, to help set the tone and outcome for the day.

It's really a lot of content. I'm not sure I have any suggestions as to how to improve this but it feels like a lot is thrown at us in terms of resources, ideas, assignments and it's not always easy to navigate either what's been shared never mind what's most important
