Time to undertake breakouts could be shortened and lunch could be shortened.

Think the 2 hour lunch break is unnecessary.. but enjoying the course, makes you think and informative, been fum today as well...

Good course today, lots to take away and trial

This session really made me think about how to mange my team on a one to one basis and I feel more confident to discuss difficult subjects with a group or on a individual basis.

I found today very beneficial as it is areas in which I currently struggle and I am hoping the tools provided today will assist me going forward.

It is still a little slow at times

The course has given me new tools and skills to take away and apply to day to day working.,

I wish these type of courses could return face to face soon.
