Good course! The start was a little slow due to it being geared for beginners (no fault of the trainer) But the second half came alive. Some really good tips and the facilitator kept things moving at a nice pace.

The course was well structured, probably were to many information and not enough time to practice. I also had the online version of outlook which it wasn't suitable for the course, so I couldn't interact much during the class.

The course was aimed at the level I am currently and I didn't feel it was too basic or advanced. The virtual delivery of the course was easy and efficient. The small group meant that the facilitator could go over things again if needed, there weren't too many interruptions and it was relaxed and friendly. There were regular breaks which helped as there was a lot to cover. The manual is really helpful to refer to along with the helpline.

I enjoyed the course and even though I was familiar with a lot of the content, there were a few good tips I will use in future.

Overall useful introduction, good instructor. It was very hard to keep up with a slow computer and only one screen. Also hard to concentrate on Teams an entire day.

I thought the sessions were well structured and paced well. I found the break out groups good and encouraged those that are less confident at speaking in front of lots of people to participate.

Great course full of practical tips and useful information. I appreciated the clear explanations and the ample opportunity for both structured and freer practice of the principles taught. I appreciated the careful structuring of the course: 3 x 90 minute sessions with lengthy breaks was perfect; not too short and not too long (and allowed me to easily focus on the learning content and then complete work tasks in the breaks). Good job Happy!!

I think it was a really good balance of content, having time to listen and engaging with others. It was great to mix with other colleagues we have not met with before and from different sectors. I think it was also a good balance of breaks, the day flew by which was good as sometimes courses can feel a bit of a drag but this was great. Rachael was very lovely, understanding and had great ideas!
