The trainer was very engaging and accommodated to students who preferred to learn from the booklet.

I really enjoyed Stephen's approach and pace of delivery. The content was clear and flowed very well. It was an engaging session where I and I got the impression that the other candidates were at ease. This led to honest conversations and vulnerability in discussions throughout the day.

Wonderful training and v nice provider

Very good! There were small things that I didn't know so it was great to find these little short cuts! I really liked my facilitator, very cheerful and she was able to answer all my questions in a simple and easy manner. I really liked it when I had any problems she would ask to share the screen and show the steps! Very helpful.
