Gill was very personable and made the training enjoyable. She was clear in her delivery and gave the candidates plenty of time to ask questions, purposefully saying each members name to ensure they had a good understanding or any queries. The 3.5 hours went by quickly and I was left with plenty of notes to enable me to use the new knowledge I had been taught and to be able to share it with colleagues.

I enjoyed this session, it was very educative and practical. Also, Sal is lovely and a good teacher.

Learnt a lot of the tip and tricks for the software i would have not known as I have never used this specific product before. I feel confident in now using the software to create a variety of charts and presentations.

The trainer Ebe was very good at making sure no-one was left behind, explained things clearly and involved all the participants.

I really enjoyed this course - it was well paced, informative, but without covering so much that you can't remember or digest. I enjoyed all the break out room discussions with smaller groups, they were a nice way to explore these issues in a safe space. And nice group, too!

I thought the course was really good, with a nice mix of explanations by the facilitator and conversations amongst the attendees. With a lot of useful tools for us to put into practice in our jobs.

I thought this course was very useful, it has broadened my thinking on the various aspects of management and the way you can tackle working situations in general. It has helped build my confidence on providing feedback, setting targets and has taught me useful tools such as coaching which I am looking forward to using at work. Thank you Ben!
